India City’s Metro Provides Commuters with Last-mile Connectivity

Metro users won’t have to waste time and energy trying to get a transport to their office or home from station. Mumbai Metro One Private Ltd which operates the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar (VAG) line, has tied up with Ola on-demand taxi-hailing services to provide quick and hassle-free last mile connectivity to commuters.
An MMOPL official said, “We have have tied up with Ola to provide convenient and cost-effective last-mile connectivity option to commuters with innovative features like designated pick-up points or hot-spots called Ola Zones which will be visible on the Ola app. They will function just like normal taxi stands around the stations.”
