I’m Johan Sammy, a sustainable mobility advocate and thought leader who became a builder. For over a decade I’ve championed low carbon cities across Southeast Asia, the kind that lean less on their cars. I’ve advised city governments, spoken at events, and helped bring shared mobility services to the region. Along the way I taught myself to ship software, and today I design and run production AI systems from start to finish.

Tapak, a preliminary low carbon read for any Malaysian site

Tapak turns an uploaded map screenshot into a preliminary low carbon reading of a Malaysian site, aligned to the LCCF. It cites the gazetted plan and links to PLANMalaysia’s I-Plan so you can verify it yourself. It stays preliminary and never official, and it’s reference only by design. It’s early, and I’m building it in the open.

The Core, an internal project and resource platform with an AI layer

The Core is a production application that a real team uses every day. It covers project and resource management, with an agentic chat layer over live operational data, plus presence and version adoption tracking, all running on lean infrastructure I host and tune myself. It’s my proof that I ship and operate real software, not just prototypes.

• A terminal LLM tool that works across many model providers, with an agent mode and requests routed for cost.
• Trading intelligence bots that run LLM assisted scans of markets and filings, doing real work every day.
• Assorted automation, self hosted and lean, built to run unattended.
