Kuala Lumpur’s MRT Underground Train Test Run

MRT Malaysia facebook posted a video taken during a test run from Muzium Negara Station to Cochrane Station. The 9.5 km long underground line is part of SBK Line Phase 2 is scheduled to complete by July 2017.
Mass transit urban public transport services operator Prasarana launched the phase 1 of the much anticipated brand new Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Sungai Buloh-Kajang also known as SBK Line on 16 Dec 2016.
The phase 1 of the SBK Line involves 12 MRT stations from Sungai Buloh to Semantan covering a distance of 21km.
The full completion is expected by July, stretching from the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s transportation hub KL Sentral onwards with another 19 MRT stations in full operational. The total distance of the SBK Line will cover a distance of over 51km forms the backbone of the Klang Valley MRT (KVMRT) network.
